The LumaKa Advisors Business Value Framework™ is a proprietary framework of LumaKa Advisors. References to Assess → Plan → Execute, Business Assessments, Implementation Blueprints, and related structures, diagrams, methods, and materials identify elements of LumaKa Advisors’ proprietary approach. Use of those terms in a descriptive or generic sense by others is not necessarily prohibited; however, copying LumaKa Advisors’ specific expression, structure, branded presentation, graphics, materials, or confidential methodology is prohibited without written permission.
No license or ownership right is granted except the limited right to view the website for permitted purposes. Any authorized use must retain applicable copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices.
6. Trademarks
LumaKa Advisors, associated logos, the LumaKa Advisors Business Value Framework™, and other source-identifying names or marks may be trademarks or service marks of LumaKa Advisors.
