Founder & Principal Advisor

Lou Fernandez brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience across finance, operations, strategy, entrepreneurship, and business growth. His career has included CFO leadership, business ownership, advisory work with small to medium sized businesses, nonprofit leadership, and board service.
